Returns — 30 days. You have 30 days from the day it arrives to send a piece back. It needs to be unworn, unwashed and in the condition it reached you. Email officialapparel518@gmail.com with your order number to start one and we'll send you the return address — please don't post anything back before you hear from us, or we won't know whose it is. Refunds go to the original payment method once it reaches us and we've checked it over.
Every piece is made to order, so we can't restock a worn or washed item. If you're between sizes, ask us before you buy and we'll help you pick.
Shipping. We ship within the United States. Because your piece is made once you order it, allow production time on top of transit — we'll email tracking as soon as it ships. Need it by a particular date? Message us before you order and we'll tell you honestly whether it can be done.
Payment. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and Shop Pay. Payments are processed by Shopify — your card details never reach us.
